This project comprised the demolition of the pre-existing building on site, followed by the design and construction of a 4-bedroom private dwelling house. Constructed in timber frame, with brick and tiled elevations and pitched and tiled roof to main house. The property has been completed with great attention to detail, the fittings and finishes being completed to a high standard.
External works included construction of a double garage and workshop, hard and soft landscaping, and associated parking. The property was constructed to meet CSH Level 4, and carries a NHBC 10-year warranty.
